Brea Place Amenities

On-Site Management

Available Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Questions? Email us.

On-Site Engineering

Available for any repairs and maintenance around the campus.

On-Site Security

Available 7 days a week from 6:00am – 10:00pm and can be reached at 714-240-6227. After-hours Security Dispatch is available at 800-770-9902.

Conference Centers

Large & Small conference rooms available with Wi-Fi and AV capabilities! Rates do apply.

Game Room

The Game room is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, TV’s, table games, board games, and a pool table. Available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Notary Services

Available Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 4:00pm. Please contact management to make an appointment.

FedEx & UPS Drop Boxes

Located at the northwest corner of building 135, near the loading dock. Pick up times are Monday through Friday.

Fitness Center

Available Monday through Friday from 5:00am – 9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am – 3:00pm. A Fitness Center Waiver must be submitted prior to attending.

Fitness Instructor

An instructor led fitness class is open to all tenants every Wednesday from 12:00pm – 1:00pm. Space is limited and no reservations required.

Car Wash Services

Available each Wednesday from 7:00am – 3:00pm. Located on the east campus parking lot behind the 140 building.

WiFi

Available in the Fitness Center, Game Room, and patios
throughout the campus.

Bicycle Storage

Located on the north end of the parking structure. A bicycle storage agreement must be submitted prior to use.

Bicycle Rideshare

Exclusive only to Brea Place, Ridy allows you to check out bicycles to bring a healthier work environment to your daily routine. The three bike locations can be found at the Plaza south of building 145, along the Paseo wall next to the parking structure, and on the west side of building 140 (east of State College Blvd).

Spectrum Credit Union

The Credit Union Membership is available to all tenants – offering exclusive savings and rates. For more information, contact Grecia Small at gsmall@chevronfcu.org.

Farmer’s & Night Market

In partnership with OCFB & Sociallite, the markets are open to the public every Thursday and Sunday from 3:00pm – 7:00pm during Spring and Fall seasons.

eWaste

Please request a pickup via our work order system, Angus and our team will pick up the items at your office.

Outdoor Courtyards / BBQ

Sitting areas equipped with Wi-Fi, BBQ pits, ping pong, and bocce ball are available in the courtyards between the 100 and 120 buildings and 130 and 140 buildings.

Weekly popup restaurant onsite for your convenience. Located in the 135 building every Wednesday from 11:30am – 1:30pm.

Holiday Shuttle

During the holidays, a free shuttle service is available to shuttle you to and from the 145 building to the Brea Place Mall. Services start the Friday after Thanksgiving through December 31.
